New Street Advisory

New Street Advisory ("NSA") is a co-operative joint-venture between New Street Research and Anchor International Partners Ltd. to provide a range of services based on the concept on "ReAdvisory" (Research Enhanced Advisory) in the telecoms services, telecoms infrastructure and IT infrastructure sectors.

New Street Research ("NSR") was established in 2003 and has grown to become the premier independent equity research boutique for the Telecommunications and Technology sectors globally. Initially, NSR's focus was on Communications Services but since 2018 NSR has steadily expanded coverage into communications infrastructure and technology.

NSR's thirty professionals now provide regular equity research coverage on approximately 140 publicly listed communications services companies worldwide, 20 communications infrastructure companies, 15 Asian Internet Companies and 40 Technology Infrastructure companies (including IT Hardware, Semiconductors, Semiconductor Capital Equipment, & Communications Infrastructure). NSR envisages a future where it will steadily grow its coverage, bringing together talented professionals with diverse perspectives on themes which cut across the telecoms, technology, internet and media sectors.

Anchor International Partners ("AIP" or Anchor) was founded by Peter Golob in 2017 to provide advisory services to corporate clients and shareholders in the fields of telecommunications, telecommunications infrastructure and technology. Building on over 30 years’ experience as a research analyst and senior advisor to corporate clients and shareholders in these fields, Peter set out to establish a boutique which would provide a focused and unique service to assist clients in strategic decisions, mergers and acquisitions and fund raising. Coming from an equity research background, Peter has always placed the greatest emphasis on in depth understanding of an industry and the applicable business models. The formation of a cooperative joint venture with New Street Research is a logical extension of this approach.

News Street Advisory ("NSA") was founded to leverage New Street Research's unique and expanding pool of talent to bring deeper analysis and different perspectives to shareholders, corporate and institutional clients to assist them in corporate finance and M&A activities associated with their investments.

NSA has been designed from the outset to provide a wholly different advisory service from that offered by other boutiques or the major investment banks, delivering the full breadth and depth of sector knowledge which comes from equity research coverage, as well as the market intelligence which comes from regular institutional investor interaction.

NSA has been set-up and structured to allow corporate clients and shareholders to benefit from both the deep expertise of leading independent research analysts as well as their market intelligence, and to do so in a manner which is fully compliant with the current regulatory regimes. We can do this because we minimise conflicts of interest by concentrating on Research and Advisory and eschewing trading or underwriting underlying securities while operating within strict compliance guidelines.
